At ORICHA, we carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During product launches, promotions or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or the selected courier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $XX AUD.

Food Products

Our products are carefully packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, ORICHA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather events or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address has been provided and your order has already been dispatched, ORICHA cannot guarantee redelivery or replacement.

Any additional shipping costs required to resend an order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the parcel and products
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.
